I really enjoyed that it was fairly clean and brilliant, the staff were extremely great and rooms were impressive. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from La Carolina Park. The hotel itself was in a new area. The service was top-notch, the food was excellent.

Everything was great, yet a few employees were very slow. The breakfast we ordered was plentiful and delicious with waffles, pancakes.

It had not so nice views.

It is reasonably priced. This hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, it has very good Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant. The stuff are pleasant and accommodating and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The setting is great, close to the best restaurants in the city within walking distance, the Botanic Gardens, ATMs and a shopping centre, and a beautiful park, lovely area. Will choose the place for future trips for gorgeous breakfast.

Clean hotel with very attentive staff and excellent location near good restaurants, bus terminal and modern Quicentral shopping centre, and Beyond the Stars. Outstanding service and great-sized and well-designed room with a bathtub. Early check-in, late check-out. Could use venue's in-house restaurant and spa area.

I strongly recommend it and would happily go back again. The breakfast options are extensive with waffles and pancakes, as example. The hotel provides an outstanding service. The location is perfect and excellent and right by a shopping centre, Ecuador and Le Parc, and a 24 hour store. There's Jurgen relatively close to the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Pleasant overnight stay, as always. Neat extremely convenient accommodation with wonderful location in trendy neighborhood and attentive staff. Location near to Equador and sometimes more than 8 hrs and many restaurants. Outstanding food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity. Early check-in and good service. Everything modern.

We stayed at a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. One of the concierges, Eduard, went above and beyond to ensure we had a VIP experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern decor. The complimentary water and fast Wi-Fi were great perks. Although there were some minor shortcomings, such as limited bathroom storage and noise from the pipes, these did not majorly impact our overall experience. The personalized note from hotel management after our stay was a thoughtful touch. we had a great stay and would gladly return.

The room is reasonably priced. Great setting, it's just off the historic center and plenty of cafes and Mindo, Papallacta, Old Town, Mitad del Mundo, Panecillo, Guiyasamin Museum and other locations, sometimes more than 8 hrs.

Views are not so nice.

incredible hotel, the stay was really lovely, favourable location to la caromian park. i've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious with pancakes and waffles, as for instance. location: the venue was next to good restaurants, a shopping centre and mariscal sucre. the lunch in la tasca de nieves within walking distance of the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The staff were lovely and were always there to help. The room was stunning, upscale with great bathroom and the overall experience was great. The breakfast was lovely, the check in was early.
